As a Staff Software Engineer, With over 13 years of experience in the field of software engineering, my expertise revolves around the design and development of reliable and easily scalable cloud-based applications.
My skill set encompasses a wide array of technologies including Java, Kotlin, Microservices architecture, RabbitMQ, Redis, Honeycomb, Docker, Kubernetes, Pact Contract testing, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), telemetry, etc. My experience spans the entire software lifecycle, encompassing the realms of design, development, and the seamless maintenance of robust software systems in live production environments.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I have been investing in stocks since 2015. Initially, I started in the Brazilian market and later expanded to include US stocks in 2018. In 2021, I fully transitioned my portfolio from Brazil to the US market, and I now aim to invest globally.
I also love to explore the outdoors and travel. I like to hike and enjoy the beautiful nature that we have around.
